14-Day Return & Refund Policy

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-opened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original, undamaged retail packaging with all included silicone ear tips, charging cables, and manuals intact.
• Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

1-Year Hardware Warranty

All Tech Universe headphones and earphones come with a standard 1-year replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects, internal hardware failures, or battery issues under normal use.

What is not covered: Physical damage, water damage caused beyond the product’s rated IPX water-resistance limits, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized product modifications.
